You all love coffee. But, would all of you add butter to your coffee? We will give you a few good reasons to do so.

It’s sad how most people reach for non-fat coffee creamers. These may taste great, but most of them contain palm oil. Counting your calories may sometimes turn bad, especially if you tend to starve your body.

Have you ever considered adding coconut oil to your coffee? It will not only help you lose weight, but also stimulate your metabolism and “kill” calories.

Coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids, and the body metabolizes these in a completely different way.

A single teaspoon of medium-chain fats like these in coconut oil can boost your energy expenditure by 5% or 120 calories if you prefer it better.

Coconut oil will turn your regular coffee into a delicious creamy drink. It won’t cool or water down your coffee. Seems great, right? Use honey to sweeten it up, and try flavors like vanilla or cinnamon.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so try not to skip it. Pack it with healthy foods and your creamy coffee.

Our coffee recipe is based on grass-fed butter, Brain Octane or XCT oil, and coffee. It’s delicious and healthy. No sugar, no GMOs and no gluten.

Grass-fed butter boosts good cholesterol, and reduces the risk of developing a heart disease. Vitamin K builds strong bones, and prevents osteoporosis.

Brain Octane is obtained from coconut oil. It’s packed with lauric acid which offers incredible antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal effect. Brain Octane boosts energy and enhances your cognitive performance.

Coconut oil coffee-creamer

  • ¾ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa
  • ½ cup honey

*Always use organic ingredients, and skip honey if you don’t like your coffee sweet.

Whisk everything together until well combined. Keep the creamer in an air-tight glass container.

First, brew 2 cups of coffee, and add 1-2 tablespoons of your creamer. Blend for 5 seconds, and that’s pretty much everything you need to do. Add another teaspoon of grass-fed butter for an extra creamy hint.
