Flourless Bread Recipe
- 4 eggs
- 90g sesame seeds
- 90g sunflower seeds
- 90g walnuts
- 90g pumpkin seeds
- 90g flaxseed
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 100ml water
- A pinch of salt
First, whisk your egg whites with the salt, and slowly pour in 100ml water and half a teaspoon of baking soda. Grind the seeds finely. This is your flour. A simple coffee grinder will do the trick here. Stir everything together, and transfer the dough in a bread tin.
Bake your bread at 180 °C or 350F for 50 minutes. This bread tastes like heaven. Try it!
